The Agreement of payment is to guarantee that
in case you cancel your reservation less than certain amount of days
before the planned arrival date you will pay cancellation fee via
credit card.

In case you do not arrive or cancel the reservation less that 48 hours before arrival date you will be obliged to pay the cost of the room as a cancellation fee.
