Mass diving as an entertainment and sport was started by Jacques Yves Cousteau and very quickly gained world-wide popularity. Latvia is not an exception. One of the biggest clubs in the country - diving club "Jurais vejs" (onshore wind) - was founded at the beginning of the year 2000. The club offers the following services:

- Diving tours and diving safari all over the world: Egypt, Malaysia, Caribbean Basin, Palau, Truk Lagoon, Galapagos Islands, Mexico, Australia, Yap Island, Micronesia. In warm seasons - diving to the wrecks in the Baltic Sea, at the coastline of Latvia and Estonia.
